1. Shipping Policy

We are delighted to offer premium shipping services for all Scalping World orders. All our luxury products are shipped via top-tier courier services with full tracking and insurance to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days. Free for orders above $500.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • International Shipping: We ship globally. Delivery times vary between 7-14 business days depending on the destination. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

3. Return Policy

We take pride in the exceptional quality of our luxury vanity boxes. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at chiragthajr@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team.

5. Bespoke and Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of bespoke and custom orders, they are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once production has begun. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure the final product meets your exact specifications.
